WALL COVERINGS
Trading on the Amba Florette site is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Payment Terms
All prices are in $AUD and exclude GST
Payment Can only be made via direct bank transfer
Shipment
All of Amba Florette's Wall-coverings are made to order and goods will be dispatched within 3 weeks of clearance of payment.
Delivery will be made by courier or Australia Post during business hours Monday – Friday.
Courier/Post charge covers one delivery to designated address requiring signature upon receipt. If package is not met by yourself and is returned to us you will be charged for subsequent deliveries.
If you will be unable to receive goods please advise of any special delivery instructions in the assigned box on the order page.
Samples
An A3 sample of your chosen design can be purchased prior to ordering to confirm colour and scale of print meet your expectations. Samples will be dispatched within 1 week from purchase.
Liability
All goods are supplied in good faith. In the case of a manufacturing defect our liability is limited to not more than the purchase price of the goods.
In the instance of faulty rolls, our liability ends when you or your installer have opened, checked for faults and proceed with installation.
We will not accept claims for defective reimbursement if you apply more than 1 roll or 3 drops to the wall.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for installation expenses or damage as a result of installation of faulty wallpaper.
Ordering
Orders can only be processed after the supply of correct information.
You are unable to change your order once it has been sent to the printer so please make sure that you are 100% happy with the design you choose.
After you have chosen your design, colouring and have ordered your sample and given confirmation of your wallcovering the design is then sent to be printed. Please ensure details of order is checked thoroughly as there is no refund for incorrect choice.
Confirmations will be sent to your e-mail address.
Special delivery instructions must be stipulated at this part of the order procedure.
Payment will be processed upon receipt of client purchase order. All transactions will be made via direct bank transfer.
Variations in colour will occur due to screen resolution and the type of base material chosen. Amba Florette recommends the purchase of a sample prior to placement of order as a more accurate indication of colour.
Refunds
Returns will only be given for defective items.
Claims for faulty products must be made within 28 days of receipt.
Claims for defective goods cannot be made if more than 3 drops or 1 roll of wallpaper have been applied to the wall.

If we determine the wallpaper to be defective we will replace the faulty rolls.
Strictly no refunds, exchange or returns for incorrect choice, change of mind, over ordering, under ordering, left over rolls.

- AMBA FLORETTE Take very special care to produce products of the highest possible standard for the handmade market. As we print on 100% natural fibres, slubs in this product are are a characteristic of the yarn/fabric giving your finished product it's own uniqueness.
- Please follow the care instructions listed with each item on our website & on the care instructions on the inside of each product. AMBA FLORETTE does not offer refunds, replacement or repair of goods damaged by misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
- All prices are listed on the website are in Australian dollars (A$) and subject to change.
- We accept Paypal, Visa & Mastercard debit card payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. Payments are processed through Ecwid recommended by Paypal. Payment information is covered by nternational customers may be liable to duty/taxes on overseas purchases. Please be sure to investigate this prior to making a purchase as AMBA FLORETTE cannot be responsible for this.
